Select the interaction constraints

Select the minimal number of each desired interaction. The type, local or distant, can also be specified. If nothing is selected it will consider both!

Additional constraints can be entered here. One per line. The format must be: 
            <interaction> <type> <number> [MIN|MAX]
where: 
            <interaction> is in the Leontis-Westhof format (e.g. tSH)
            <type> is "Any" or "Local" or "Distant"
            <minimal number> is a positive integer.
            [MIN|MAX] (default MIN) Optionally, we can specify if it is an---inclusive---minimal or maximal bound
A line in any other format will be ignored
